Doorstep delivery

Tracked courier delivery directly to your building, apartment, city, and postal code. A signature may be requested on orders exceeding £60.00.

Pickup point

Pick up at a partner collection point or self-service locker near you. Your parcel is kept for 7 days before heading back to our workshop.

Delivery times count business days from dispatch. Rural or outlying zones may add 1-2 days.

Order processing

Orders received before 14:30 on a business day ship that same day. Orders received past cut-off, on weekends, or during official holidays dispatch on the following business day. You receive an email with your order number right after checkout.

All activewear items are folded in tear-resistant, moisture-barrier polybags with original manufacturer tags intact, then placed into heavy-duty, tamper-evident recycled mailers to shield garments from dirt, moisture, and friction during transport.

Tracking your parcel

Once your parcel is sorted and dispatched, you will receive an automated dispatch notification by email and SMS containing a live tracking link to follow your parcel progress.

Lost or delayed parcel

If tracking logs no transit movement for 5 business days, write to [email protected] with your order number. We file a trace with the carrier and either reship the parcel or refund your payment in full, based on your choice, within 10 business days of your claim.

Damaged on arrival

Inspect the exterior parcel upon delivery before signing or paying the courier. If visible transit damage has compromised the garments, report the issue to [email protected] within 48 hours with order details and photographic evidence so our team can arrange an immediate replacement or full resolution.

Payment methods

Cash on delivery

Pay the courier directly when your parcel is delivered. No advance payment is needed.

Bank transfer

Send payment to our company bank account; bank coordinates appear after checkout and in your confirmation email. The package leaves once funds clear, usually within one business day.

We support Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. We will never ask for your card numbers or account passwords by phone or email.

Delivery outside United Kingdom

We deliver our gear to specific countries. Shipping rates and transit schedules appear at checkout prior to payment. The recipient handles any local customs duties or import taxes where applicable.
