Camber Sportswear Ltd. retails athletic apparel, functional training wear, sports base layers, performance outerwear, and fitness accessories designed for physical exercise, recreation, and daily active living. Each garment entry details materials, fit, piece count, and construction. Studio photos serve as visual references; protective wrappers and boxes may vary somewhat.

Your order is submitted once you finish checkout. We send an acknowledgement by email, and our binding agreement begins once your parcel leaves the facility. We reserve the right to decline orders if rolls or stock run out or details fail verification, refunding any collected funds promptly.

All rates are listed in GBP and incorporate VAT where mandated. Shipping fees are detailed during checkout prior to final payment. We accept: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we will adjust it before shipping and give you the choice to proceed or cancel.

Carrier methods, transit intervals, and shipping rates are recorded on our Delivery & Payment page. Responsibility for the parcel transfers to you at the moment of physical handover.

We photograph actual garments from our sewing tables. Fabric tones on your monitor vary according to screen calibration, viewing software, and room lighting; a subtle variance in color is not a manufacturing defect and does not qualify for free returns or damages.

Our workshop assumes responsibility for the parcel until the carrier delivers it to you or your designated recipient at the provided address. Liability for loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. Any external package damage must be documented with the carrier and reported to our team within 48 hours.

You can send garments back within 30 days of receiving them, as detailed in our Returns section. Under the United Kingdom Consumer Rights Act 2015, all garments sold by Camber Sportswear Ltd. must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended athletic purpose, and as described. Claims for manufacturing defects must be submitted within statutory timeframes alongside proof of purchase.

• Customized, bespoke, or club-embroidered sports teamwear produced to individual client specifications.
• Sports clothing items that have deteriorated or suffered wear from improper washing, heat drying, or chemical exposure.
• Intimate athletic apparel, including sports underwear, compression shorts, and swimwear, where the protective hygiene liner or seal has been broken after delivery.
• Garments that show evident signs of active wear, laundering, soil marks, or detached product tags.
• Bundled accessory packs or sealed fitness apparel bundles that have been unsealed and separated after receipt.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in the United Kingdom, the total liability of Camber Sportswear Ltd. for any claim arising out of or related to product purchases shall not exceed the total purchase price paid for the affected order or £100, whichever amount is greater. Nothing stated here restricts legal liabilities that cannot be set aside under relevant consumer laws.

Customers must be at least 18 years of age to order. Sportswear pieces should be worn and maintained according to care labels; our gear is not intended as medical therapy or healthcare counsel.

These Terms of Service and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom. If we cannot settle a disagreement through direct conversation, the matter falls to the competent court where our workshop is registered, preserving every consumer right in your country of residence.
