Every garment ordered from Camber Sportswear can be sent back within 30 days of receipt, whatever your reason. Below we lay out the fabric conditions, how we handle parcel transit, shipping costs, and refund timelines.
Conditions
To qualify for a refund, garments must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition, with all internal and external brand tags attached, and returned inside the original protective polybag within exactly 30 days from the date of confirmed delivery.
Returning your sportswear
- Submit return request by emailing support at [email protected] with your full name, order number, and reason for return.
- Receive RMA return authorization code and the designated United Kingdom returns facility address from our support team.
- Pack items securely inside the original protective packaging with all tags, labels, and hygiene liners intact.
- Receive the refund within 3-10 business days after the returned item passes quality inspection at our domestic returns center.
Who pays return shipping
If a piece has flaws, sewing errors, or arrived incorrectly, we bear the freight: we issue a prepaid shipping slip or book a courier collection. If you simply decided against keeping it, you cover return postage; we make no extra deductions.
Refund timing and method
We release your refund within 3 business days once the garment passes inspection. Orders paid with cash on delivery are reimbursed via bank transfer to the account you specify; bank transfers are credited back to the source account. Banking systems typically clear the funds within 1-5 business days.

Exchanges
For a different size, cut, or item, complete the return procedure and place a fresh order; we refund the returned piece once it reaches our bench. When an exchange stems from an error on our part, we ship the replacement parcel free of charge.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel any booking at no cost before your parcel leaves our packing tables. Email [email protected] with your order reference. Once it is on the road, our standard returns route applies.
