We then bind the structural seams with Recycled Polyamide 6.6 threads, ensuring the garment holds its tension wash after wash. Every panel is cut along the natural grain of the knit to prevent twisting during movement. The flatlock stitching lays completely flush, reducing pressure points under backpack straps or outer jackets. It provides steady comfort across shifting winter conditions.
